What part of the Gospel is optional? It’s easy for American Christians to forget how Jesus said his followers would actually live, what their new lifestyle would actually look like. They would, he said, leave behind security, money, convenience, even family for him. They would abandon everything for the gospel. They would take up their crosses daily… but who do you know who lives like that? Do you? Do you believe that Jesus is worth abandoning everything for?

We invite you to encounter what Jesus actually said about being his disciple, and then obey what you have heard. Be challenged to consider with an open heart that we have manipulated a God-centered gospel to fit our human-centered preferences. With passionate storytelling and convicting biblical analysis, "Radical" calls into question a host of comfortable notions that are common among Christ's followers today. Let's propose a radical response: live the gospel in ways that are true, filled with promise, and ultimately world changing. Taking back our faith from the American dream!

God has called us to change the world. Christ came to change the world and did just that. All within a fifty mile radius of his own backyard. Jesus not only affected his community but the entire world for all of time and now he has commissioned the church to do the same. God has given us His Holy Spirit to enable us, to empower us and to guide us into proclaiming the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dieing world who so desperately needs to know Him! There is no greater task or challenge for the church today. Simply put, we are called to make disciples in the nations; to turn this world upside down for the cause of Christ. To make a difference in our world by winning lost souls into the kingdom of heaven through the same lifestyle that Jesus lived; a fully surrendered heart unto God, allowing Him to be who He is in and through your life! This is how we can make a difference, a lasting difference that will have an affect on all of eternity and to the entire world, even if it's just one heart at a time. If we truly love God, and if we truly serve others, then we will indeed change the world.
