In a recent study, the Barna Research Group revealed a stunning statistic that continues to reverberate throughout the evangelical world. Only 9 percent of professing Christians have a biblical worldview.

Because of this, today's believers live very similarly to non-believers. A personal sense of significance is rarely experienced, we spend our money and time on things that fail to satisfy and we begin to wonder what life's ultimate purpose really is. We are, in short, losing our bearings as a people and a nation under God.

To counter this slide within the body of Christ, we are launching one of the most ambitious and powerful projects in history: "The Truth Project"

The Truth Project is a video-based curriculum taught by Dr. Del Tackett. This study is the starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses in great detail the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.

We believe this one project represents the possibility for exponential change within the body of Christ for thousands who will be transformed by it. As it has been throughout history, God continues to call ordinary people to make an eternal difference in changing our world.

It's time to know what you believe and how to articulate it in the world from a Biblical perspective; the perspective of truth! So we invite you to be a part of this church-wide campaign to change our culture by participating in joining us starting January 2012 on Wednesday nights @ 6:30pm. Adults, teens and children have their own separate programs so that they are taught within their own age groups.

Come change your life; come change the world!

God has called us to change the world. Christ came to change the world and did just that. All within a fifty mile radius of his own backyard. Jesus not only affected his community but the entire world for all of time and now he has commissioned the church to do the same. God has given us His Holy Spirit to enable us, to empower us and to guide us into proclaiming the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dieing world who so desperately needs to know Him! There is no greater task or challenge for the church today. Simply put, we are called to make disciples in the nations; to turn this world upside down for the cause of Christ. To make a difference in our world by winning lost souls into the kingdom of heaven through the same lifestyle that Jesus lived; a fully surrendered heart unto God, allowing Him to be who He is in and through your life! This is how we can make a difference, a lasting difference that will have an affect on all of eternity and to the entire world, even if it's just one heart at a time. If we truly love God, and if we truly serve others, then we will indeed change the world.
